What is your cost/head? Does it include alcohol? Cake? Anything else? Where is your wedding (city, state)?

We're kind of eloping. Having a small dinner when we get home. We're paying an astronomically inexpensive $20 per head for food. Alcohol is by the drink -- we're supplying wine only. $25 per bottle.

BUT this is a super inexpensive relaxed place. When we were planning on the Chicago Firehouse (before we decided to have a destination wedding), we were looking at $100 per head for food and alcohol. Cake would be separate -- I LOVE Take the Cake. Highly recommended!! (We're doing Rainbow Cone cake though yum). Friends have paid about $100 per head. Some as low as $50, but they were in the suburbs at...less nice places.

Oh -- we're in Chicago.

We are paying $12.95 a head for a lunch reception. :D All together my wedding should come around $3,000.. Hehe. Not counting if we can have a honeymoon.. Depends how fast we can pay off wedding stuff, lol. We have to have LOTS of saving time O.o; We've been lucky so far.

I voted "$12,000 - $15,000"

That's the total cost of the wedding including things that the guests don't have anything to do with like my dress, our rings, etc. We are going to have about 200 guests. I don't exactly have a per head breakdown though. That cost is for an afternoon hors deouvre wedding.

unfortunatley the breakdown makes me sick to my stomach but our per head count looks like it will be 100 pperson including liquor but not cake. The band is 4.5k and the florist budget we have is 2k centerpieces we are having is around 1k(not floral) My dress is about 1k (all my attire, including hair and makeup) Favors were under 100.00 :) Photo budget is 2.5k including video- Okay nobody tell me what that adds up to cuz i dont want to know- but MISC including our guestbook, diy etc etc is about 500.00 - Gosh i havent even include invites and all that :( Im going to elope after making this list..

we live in sunny south florida- DONT EVER GET MARRIED HERE, ITS A MONEY PIT!!

We're going to try to stay under 3000 - but it's probably going to tally up more like to 4000 in the end.

My dress (whole outfit including shoes, gloves & underwear, fittings, etc...) will end up being about 600 euros - which is crazy considering that I *only* paid 275 euros for the dress... It just adds up, ya know? The underskirt alone was 100 euros (I bought it assuming it wouldn't be expensive, and when I saw the price I didn't want to make a scene and my mom seemed to think it was ok, although expensive). The gloves were 50 but I don't regret them one bit! And I love my shoes, and I can wear them at other occasions too, and they are NOT the most expensive shoes I've ever bought.
So make it 700 euros if you add hair & makeup & flowers & a headpice...

The rings we don't know how much it will all end up being, we're going to try to go for something nice and simple for both of us (under 200 euros each)
His outfit, no idea how much it will cost at this point.

They honeymoon should be about 100 euros (first hotel) + 200 euros (train for 2) + 200 spending money (eating out a few times, etc...)

The photography will be only the development costs - and we can wait a bit on that, only get the favorite ones printed first for example - don't you just LOVE digital life! I'm considering registering for one of those digital photo frames - or maybe asking for it for xmas?

For invitations and thank yous, I think if we DIY and all that - we can make it under 200 euros total.

For the buffet, we have connexions and help from friends who are happy to do so (we're NOT going to use them as slaves, don't worry) so we should manage to stay under 10 dollars/person for food - which should tally up to 1500 euros.
I don't know how much champagne will cost, but my grandfather is taking care of that :D
And I don't know how much the cake will cost... Sooo - if we average things out it's probably going to end up being more like 2000 euros apart from alcohol (things are always more expensive than you plan!)

Favors - well dragées at least - CAN be bought for about 1 euro/ guest if we shop around at different chocolate shops. So I'm assuming less than 200 euros.

And I didn't even mention his suit... oh the stress...

AND the costs of moving in together.
We might have to take out a small loan if all of this doesn't come together on time.

Decoration - I have NO idea. I need to go see a florist. No more than 100 euros

I also hate looking at my numbers. I voted 20,000 -25,000. Our budget is 20,000 but after everything is all said and done it may be more like 27,000. I am buying stuff along the way to make it not seem so bad towards the end. Our price per person is $90 not including bar, but does include champagne toast.

Ours was well under $8K. I think our total was about $6K. I'd have to ask my parents for the exact total. But this was for a wedding for 150 people in Dubuque, Iowa. This includes 2 meat buffet dinner, alcoholic bar (partially open....we covered beer, but mixed drinks were cash), this also includes bridal gown, tuxes, BM dresses, homemade pies for our "cake", decor, photographer, including wedding album and all pictures ordered by everyone involved, vendor charges, etc.....to sum it up, everything.

Ours ended up being about $8K for 70 ppl. That includes everything: clothes, ring, stay in the hotel, gifts, etc. It also included tickets to the game for 33 members of the bridal party/family -- the other people reimbursed us for their tickets. Oh, my mom bought my dress, but I included it in the total....if you include the rehearsal dinner, (his mom paid for), the cost ended up between $8500-$9000. This was in Charlotte, NC - 4 star hotel. No liquor.

The total cost of our wedding came to just over $5,000. Our dinner cost was $12/pp. That included some alcohol.

I would guess between 8,000-11,000 but that includes honeymoon and rings.
