DIY Centerpiece Wine Glass Candles

Here is what FMIL and I tried today. I didn't know how they would turn out, but I LOVE them.

I am going to use one glass per table, using assorted glassses throughout the room. I will probably set them on a small mirror and add a few of the same glass rocks around them. FMIL thinks three small votive candles surrounding the wine glass candle would look good too. I am unsure- would that be too much?

-4 dollar store wine glasses- $4
-Tub of gel candle wax- $7.50 (regular $15 at JoAnn's- they had a sale today)
-Wicks- Package of 8 for $2
-Glass rocks- $1.50 (and I didn't even use half the package)

I'm sure I could find the candle supplies for cheaper on the internet too.

I love them. how unique. I think they would lovely with only glass rocks on a candle with those in the center.

I love those! If I didn't already have my centerpieces picked out, I'd definitely consider those!
