Alright so not sure they have an official name, but this weekend I made the cards that we will be sending out to those we want to be in our wedding party. They had a sappy little message about the blessing it would be for each of them to stand beside us on our special day.

I did them in fall colors. Got the card stock, envelopes and silk leaves, as well as gold paint pens all at JoAnne's. Here's a view of the different color and styles.

And how they looked on the inside. I wrote with the same gold paint pen, and filled them with some much tinier cloth leaves, like confetti.

I think over all it cost $20, and $9 of that were for the intricate scrap book stickers that were like the little indian corns and wreaths and such. I could have cut them out and made it a lot cheaper, but they were soooo cute! And over all it was still cheaper than buying something from say, Hallmark.

Just thought I'd share, I felt all happy and crafty! Woohoo!

Being the fall obsessed person that I am, I LOVE THOSE. You did an amazing job and I'm sure they will appreciate all the time and effort you put into them. GOOD JOB!

The cards are beautiful! But for those out there like me who didn't do the crafty thing there are some great cards and journals and things for the wedding party at www.lilangelgifts.com (http://www.lilangelgifts.com) . They have the beautiful edgings and sentimental writing. I loved them!

We'd talked to a few friends about it allready, but we wanted something a bit more formal and sentimental to "officially" do things :)
