Ok, lastnight my bf got home. We sat down talked about feeding everyone. Looking at how many guests and some may come and some may not. It rounds up to be about 28 give or take.

I loved the whole restaurant idea that earlybird gave! LOVED IT. Only now I went on the site to what package we were looking at and clicked on the hotel that we would be staying for, for two nights. There is another package, offers more. Probably A LOT more! But it offers customized 7-course Romantic Reception Dinner for you and up to 20 of your guests in a private Fallsview dining room overlooking the Falls.

That is fine and dandy! The big question is how much is this going to cost!!!

The other idea I have is a reception package.

Traditional Reception package includes:

Five-Course Menu

First Course
Choose one from the following:
-Lobster Bisque
Soup
-Mixed Green
Salad
-Shrimp Cocktail
-Antipasto Plate

I think this would be great, it would be all taken care of. But I just worried about the cost. Any suggestions, ideas and opinions?

Second Course
Choose one from the following:
-Cannelloni
-Penne à la Vodka
-Lasagna (Meat or
Vegetable)

Third Course
-Sorbet

Fourth Course
Choose one from the following:
-Breast of Capon Stuffed with Feta Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes
Chicken
-Atlantic Salmon
-Prime Rib

Entrées served with Chef's vegetable selection and choice of potato

Fifth Course
Choose one from
the following:
-Cheesecake
with choice of
Fruit Topping
-Five-layer
Chocolate Cake

Dinner includes
-Bread Service
-One Bottle
each of Red
and White per
table
-Coffee and Tea
Service

It's okay...no need to delete! :grinhappy:

I hope that you find a better priced package that you like though!
