Hey,
Does anyone have any advice as to how to organize the guest list in a concise manner? I wish there was a program that was free that I could download, the only one I found was like $60.00 and we all know how expensive planning a wedding is! If I was good at excel I would create a program. Any advice???

There are free guest list organizers that let you put in the name and addresses, whether the person is a definite or maybe and stuff on some websites.

Onewed has a guest list manager here (http://www.onewed.com/bridalcommunity/wedding-guest-list.php).

You can manage online, print, and download

Ok now where was that? When I click on the link it says to join to use. I am already a member right? Or do I sign up for that separately? What other tools are there for us to use here? I wasn't able to find any. I went to planning but didn't see where I could find the budget calc or any of that stuff. I would love to use it.

I used an Excel spreadsheet. I was able to load in the guests names, addresses, phone numbers, and when the time comes I will have an RSVP list, table number list, and entree selection list. Then I can just print out hte columns that I want to and send them to my site coordinator.

That is how I did mine too. I started writing it on paper and then I was like whoa what am I doing, put it on the computer so if I choose to print the addresses on the envelopes I only have to type it once:D

I didn't know that there was one here either. I may have to switch mine over from the "other" site!

I though tI had joined already too but I entered my name and info to join and as it seems jsut because i am a member here it didnt make a me a member of that part of it. I joined nad took a quick look at it. It is somethig I will use for sure.

Oh, sorry I wasn't clear ... I put a link to the OneWed Guest List Manager on my site. I don't have a link to the spread sheet set up.

Sorry again, please don't beat me :chair: ;)
