heyhey!
a friend of mine,lara, just started a new diet/nutritional regimen called isagenix...shes started it because of the seeming miraculous results a friend of hers experienced...he used to be quite a big guy with minimal energy...now hes a very healthy weight with tons of energy(i met him and HOLLYYY does he have energy!hahahha!!)and its only been a matter of months for him.....
anyways..figured i would mention it as its a very healthy, natural way of weight loss-even if alls your looking to loose is 10lbs.....ill keep you up to date on my friends progress to let you know how it works for her!
