Well since my FH's family pulled the deposit from my original dress, I've been looking elsewhere so find discounts since I have to pay for it on my own. A local bridal shop in my area was having a liquidation sale. I got an even better dress that before for $105.93. Yay! I'm so happy (see pics here - http://forums.onewed.com/showthread.php?t=10622)

Now I just need to lose 10 lbs. Any tips ?

Cut out all junk food and soda, park your car further away when you go places, try to take a walk a few times a week. Losing 10 pounds shouldn't be too hard, especially if you're a first-time dieter! All it takes is a bit of dedication!

Yup yup, good advice ^.

5-6 healthy small meals aday packed with fruits and veggies and lean protein is good too.

Now, do we get to see this dress?!

Wow that's an awesome deal. And to find one you like better is just the icing. Congrats.

Congrats that's a GREAT deal!
For losing weight, of course everyone else's advice is great. Maybe you could take it a step further and only use the car when absolutely necessary and ride a bike instead? Or walk.
You could also swim about 2 hours per week, it really relieves stress and is good for your back, too :)

Like has already been said; cut out sweets and other junk food, sodas, tea and coffee. Walk whenever possible, drink lots of water, cut back on excess carbs.

Good luck!

p.s. I moved the pics of the dress to a new thread here - http://forums.onewed.com/showthread.php?t=10622 And moved this thread to the weight loss forum since you were asking for weight loss advice ;)
