What does 1 read box mean by my # of posts?

I don't know if you read Weblady's response uner the "We did it" thread, but it's your reputation. Members can agree or disagree with your posts (this is explained better in Weblady's post). You can go to usercp and read what reputations you got. Also if you point your mouse on it it gives you what your rep is now.
