Hi, im new here. I left my milk container out for a few hours. is it ok or spoiled? Went to the grocer and forgot to put it in when i got home....

I heard that term used on another board. It's people that come to a message board just to post nonsense, "test the waters" to spam later or just to stir up trouble.

I have left milk out for an hour or two and had it be fine, but then again we go through milk like crazy at our house. We go through 3-4 gallons of milk a week, if it is still sort of cool I just put it back in the fridge, if it has started to go room temp, I usually use it quicker in cooking or such.
