Ok, so me and Brandon just got an invite to a HUGE Halloween party and I have spent the most part of the day surfing the web for unique costume ideas. And I still have NO idea on what we are going to be.
Have you guys done anything creative as a couple for Halloween? Or what are you planning on dressing up as? Any funny/creative Halloween couples costumes that you have seen?
And as always --- pics are welcome!! :nosey:

Go to the thrift store, buy a bunch of funky looking clothes, and a wig, and walah..you are..whatever you want to be :) Last year I was Tinkerbelle and FH was a doctor :)
Get out of here! I was so going to post the same thing! Chad & I are going to a big Halloween party and we haven't done this sort of thing since we were kids. I'm looking forward to it though. It will be fun! I need ideas too!

The most recent I can remember wearing were St. Pauli Girl, I Dream of Genie and a slutty Raggedy Ann. I love halloween. I think this year I might dress as Princess Lea - my daughter wants to be Obi-Wan Kenobi and my FH just wants to carry his lightsaber..lol.

Last year we dressed up as police. Not very creative, but it was fun. I made the costumes myself and they were really easy. You can see a picture here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/rowes8208/1362628959/).

With 3 kids we were trying to think of somethign they could all be together. We all liked the idea of different color M&M's. Most likely wont happen becaue my 6 yr old wants to be some sort of hero lol.
I would love to go to a costume party. I saw costumes the other day of ketchup and musturd and salt and pepper for adults.

When DH and i went to a costume party I was dressed as a red sox fan and he was dressed as a UVM student.. WE had riots at the UVM campus after the red sox won the world series so he dressed up as them and I had "Beaten him up" he had black eyes etc. I will try and dig up a photo....

LOL
I've been entertaining the idea of going at Jabba and metal bikini Leia. The difficult part is, I don't know which one of us would be Jabba or Leia! (When I was really young, I was an ugly baby, and my own parents nicknamed me Jabba!)

I've actually gotta get two costumes this year, as we have a pirate-themed Bday party on the 29th of September, and then we've got a Halloween party on October 27th, and we'll go to a local bar to celebrate ON Halloween night.....
Last year, I went as as naughty "Wizard School girl" (basically Hermione from Harry Potter with cleavage :whoohoo: )..... this year, I'm probably going as a Forest Nymph (I want something with wings!)
http://www.threewishes.com is the BEST source for costumes.... ;)

My best friend and her DH were Plug and Socket last year. FH and I don't really do costumes -- one year we went to a haunted corn field, and the other year we weren't together so FH ignored the door and watched scary movies.

Saw a cute pic today but couldn't lift it to post here. The couple went as two Hershey kisses. Silver material made into a blousy kind of thing. It looked to be gathered at the neck & below the butt and it was stuffed. Imagine a pumpkin costume but in silver. They wore silver cone hats. Cute :)
