Will You Be My.......Done

Here's my first DIY completed - Will You Be My....... cards are done
and I've posted them here.

We have 4 Matrons of Honor, 2 Bridesmaids, three flower girls, a best man, 5 Groomsmen, and our Ring Bearer.........

What do you think? Each of them has a personalized note on the front printed on lilac velum, the back cards are ivory, with a smaller card of ivory on top of that - I used cushion buttons to glue them together so it looks three dimensional, then each of the cards has decoration (scrapbook stuff) that is appropriate for each role.

I worked on these all night Saturday night - now I have to go back and get the envelopes - forgot those completely !

These really are so much better than my original idea ! LOL My daughter came to help me, took one look at the draft I had put together and said - are you willing to consider something else?

So, this was actually her creative idea not mine, so I can't take credit for them.

Really glad you guys liked them - I am thrilled at how they turned out and I'm hoping the recipients will enjoy the special touch for each of them who have been so wonderful to us over so many years.

Ok - next STD cards since the magnets came in. Gotta try those on my office printer cause it does such a better job with graphics.
