Ok...Very hard to explain.......We told people the 30th..Thats when he was off work....We got married on the 26th, but The date we wanted was the 30th.....sorry for the confusion...yes it took 5 days.....

Well, while here in Texas, we do have a 3 day wait from when we get our marriage license until we can actually get married (unless youre in the military or something) but the date that its signed by the minister saying you were married, is your date. No matter how long it takes for the papers to be filed.

I really love BJ..He was my 1st love and now my last....I know things have been pretty screwed up, but there has been a lot to going in..I know it sounds tacky going from 1 guy to the next in no time flat.......But i knew BJ from the time was 16 to now....He was the only person that no matter who i was dating that i rtuky loved and no-one could measure up to..No man could be "The Man".....It was difficult ever stayin w/ anyone else..Thats the reason when he said "I want to be my wife and always have", I jumped on it!!! That is what you wrote about I assume Michael Anthony and it looks the same to us...or at least me. I am sorry, but I am confused and I think the only person more confused then me is you. I am sorry, but this is my inner skepticism coming out. First you were married on the 25, then the 26th, and then the 30th. I am pretty sure if I check the laws for down in FL, it is going to say that you are married when the official pronounces you man and wife.

Not too mention that in other posts, you can't seem to keep his name straight. I hate to start drama, but I believe you to either 1) be a HUGE phony or 2) be a very confused young lady who shouldn't be married to ANYONE at this point. And since you can't seem to keep what should be very important dates and names straight, I am going to choose option 1.

Yes they were, No i dont the true love of my life i wasted 4 yrs not seeing it..I looked for love in the wrong place and got burned..I loved BJ for 4yrs , but in my mind i always saw him as just a friend..until one day he looked at me and said i have always loved u,,give me a chance to be that man who will love for the rest of your life..At that moment i realized how and in waht way i loved him..I knew this was the man i was meant to be w/ the whole time...is that hard to understand? U can get it annulled before it actually goes through here..I couldnt stand stayin it for one day...we still had to go through the process

not here it takes 3-5 days for it to be offical...I cant give u all the laws here but i di know it takes 3-5 days to clear here...in Alabama it is instant

Well, this is the thing. After looking into, Florida doesn't allow annulments for just anything....they don't even allow divorces unless it is an EXTREME inreconcible differences. If it is for a reason, such as, you aren't getting along, they require you to go to counseling first. The reasons they list for annulments are as follows:

A marriage may be annulled if one of the parties is already married; if the parties are too closely related by blood; if one of the parties did not freely consent to the marriage or lacked the ability to consent; if the marriage was performed merely for the purpose of obtaining citizenship; if one or both of the parties were underage; or if one of the parties is incurably physically impotent (and the other party was without knowledge of this fact). In some cases, the defect can be remedied and the marriage saved. Underage parties, for instance, can validate their marriage simply by remaining together upon reaching the age of 18.

ok...this is it he was very emotionally abusive..that is good enough reason by law..any abusive relationship is extreme...trust me i couldnt just walk away without taking care of things legally...westill had to inform them due to circumstances the marrige could not go through

See now I agree with you Lizabeth. She never before stated that she divorced him . Before she said that seh broke it off with Michael Anthony. Then 3 days later she told us she was married. When we asked her about it, she said she couldn't live without him. Then the dates slowly started to change. Then she stated that they were seperated becuase they were argueing so much but they got back together after talking about it. Then she wrote a post about only a 7year age difference. That's when she said the michael #1 was done after the break up and they days after they broke up she married michael #2 (BJ). never did she mention a divorce before. it wasn't untill we called her on the age differance did she mention it was a different michael. When I started to get confused I went back over everything and re-read it all.

it is $95.00 and no there is not..Thats Alabamas thing..it also depends on what part of Florida..Some cities are more expensive
