please explain - new to this

I have a subscription and im wondering when i look at my details it says recent impressions, recent referrals, inbox, etc. what does that all mean?
I get several notices from onewed everyday that visitors have been directed to my webpages, but have not attempted to contact me. I understand that brides are not going to contact everyones website and that there may not be many brides from my area visiting onewed anyway. I recently had 2 brides details in my inbox, but they lived too far away from me to do business with. How did they get their details in my inbox? were they wanting me to contact them? sorry for so many questions.

Your inbox is for Private Messages (PM's) that other members and Mods/Admins may send you.

Referrals is when other members join and use you as a referring member. Sometimes we may have contests involving referring your friends.
