Vendor Review Section?

I was wondering if there was a portion of the boards where we could put vendor reviews? I saw where vendors could talk to brides and such, but I specifically would like to leave a couple of reviews for brides that might be local in my area. :worm:

I wonder about the "legalities" for the board, re: the posting of bad reviews. While we all want to avoid the bad vendors, I wouldn't want to see it end up to be a flame board. I think it would be great for brides to review their good vendors.

Yeah, I agree. I think it's good to put down maybe "good" referrals but maybe leaving the bad ones out cause you never know!! Otherwise I do think it is a good idea!!

maybe if it was a tasteful warning like " i didnt have the best experience" but not like "this bleep bleep bleeping bleep didnt do their job, they are no good bleep bleeeeeeps" cuz i would wanna know if i should stay away from a certain one

I think this is a good idea; even us vendors need to know who not to send a bride to, if they ask us if we know of anyone that does a certain thing. I have only been asked once before; and all I could tell them to do was look in their phone book or try doing a google search. It is one of the reasons I want to do some vendor networking and I recently found a group of wedding professionals in my area that I am going to try and join.

Yeay, I haven't gotten around to this, but I would not completly bash a vendors image by cussing & such, because it just makes me look bad, besides, I can't go back and change how things ended up, but I would definatly want to make sure it didn't happen to another bride/groom.

Ok so now I am confused, because I know there was a post here, telling me where to do this, and now from what I am reading, no vendor reviews can be submitted unless they are good??

Which seems kind of silly, because as much as a vendor should take good criticism, they should also be able to take bad criticism. Because, for like an instance where my vendor completly messed up, I would not want that to happen to another bride.
